We are seeking for Sales and Marketing Officer for our Mobile Finance Technology product(Mofin). This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, Vendors, email outreach, networking events, and social media.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our fintech solution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients, negotiating terms as needed to close deals.
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market feedback to enhance our fintech solution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with financial products and services, such as payment processing, lending, and wealth management, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads and sales activities effectively.
